What I do and how I can help you!
Extensive Mind, Body and Spirit Development Experence

My Background/Credentials

I was raised in a environment of severe dysfunction even as so far as being taken off my parents for child neglect. Unlovable and hopeless was the theme of my early life. When I became a parent at the early age of 20 and my first child had severe disabilities, I had this "crazy driven passion" the heal both myself and my family. Over the years I have studied anything in the Mind, Body, Spirit realm I could get my hands on. I made myself a healing Ginny pig. I have taken bits and pieces of the many healing/self development teachings and incorporated in my life with astonishing success and results.
Today, I still pinch myself on what a amazing life I have manifested and created! My 3 teens are more "put together" then most adults I know! Our severely disabled son, whom specialist said would be institutionalized, is a thriving young adult who is a firefighter, collage student and has lots of "hot" girls pursuing him. After years of torment and tears (great growth experience), I can say his future is very bright. You would have never know how severely disabled his early life was if you met him today!
I have spent more time in healing/self development studies them most Doctors train in medical school. So after years of my friends trying to persuade me to do more in this field and share my techniques and insights, I have decided to do what I was called to do, shine my light and share my inspiration and experience with more people. I love my simply, happy, peaceful, life, but sometime we can stagnate in comfort (especially if we paid a big price to get there) and it becomes necessary to push ourselves out of our comfort zone to the next level. Life is Growth, we all must experience growing discomforts ...

The Power of “Action”

The Power of “Action”

Meaning: Movement

So you want to create a dream, a life change but get stuck in the big picture or paralysis by analysis?

Instead of getting overwhelmed by the big task at hand, try baby steps. For instance, I have a vision of a large self development center which right now is within my reach, but I’m not quite financially there yet. I have begun shifting my focus on what is manageable and doable right now. I stared converting (action) my home office for private sessions, which once I gain momentum (more action) I can then grow my business. Law of Attraction proves that once you take action, the universe will fully support you. Like the space shuttle, you burn the most fuel during takeoff, and then the rest of your task becomes more effortless once you are on your right path.

Action Exercise:

Identify EXACLY what you want to achieve

·Life Changes

·Dream Job

·Healthier Relationships

Then take an ACTION steps!

·Spend a few minutes a day writing out your goals and/or doing some research on what you want to attract in your life.

·Create a Vision Board. Take a cork board and put pictures, motivational quotes, vision statements and a personal wish list on it. Reflect on it every morning and every evening, feel yourself already having what you desire. I keep mine by my desk so I can see it often.

·Visualize your desired outcome of what you want to achieve, and then believe (really believe!) that you already have it!

It is critical not to get stuck wishful thinking...do something, anything to take action! ~Michelle

"Dreams will get you nowhere, a good kick in the pants will take you a long way " ~Baltasar Gracian

The conflict we feel is not a problem. It is a messenger

"The conflict we feel is not a problem. It is a messenger!" - Steven Harrison "Being One"

I love this statement because we are programed to believe that when we have a problem, we have to "fix" it...fast! How about looking at it from a different prospective as if it was a messenger? What is the "problem" really trying to tell us? Can we be brave enough to listen? Maybe a relationship problem is trying to tell us to be more truthful or value ourselves more. A bad situation at work may be nudge to pursue a field more fulfilling and geared more towards your life's passion or purpose. Try to step back and see the situation in a non-attached perspective. Is it the gift of growth?

Exercise:
When you have an emotional disturbance try this:
For a few minutes, just ALLOW yourself to feel it, be with it, and do nothing. Just feel.

Reflection:
Sometimes , The "so-called" bad feelings that problems and emotional issues bring up is our soul wanting us to know who we really are at our core essence . Mother nature is beautiful, whole, and complete, but parts of her are also turbulent. You would not deny her of her storms, so why would you deny them in yourself?
